Payment

HGBB accepts payment via Dankort, MasterCard, Visa and Amex. All card payments are verified by a secure SSL encrypted server from Shopify, through a Visa/MasterCard Secure Code. All information is exchanged through a secure connection, ensuring that all personal data is handled with strict confidentiality.

When paying with credit/debit cards the transaction will not be completed before your order is dispatched from our address.

When paying with non-Danish credit cards, only 3D secure transactions are accepted. 3D secure is a secure payment service developed by Visa to ensure that online transactions can only be made by the cardholder. MasterCard also use the service. It is up to the card provider (your bank) to confirm your identity when your credit/debit card is used to make purchases over the Internet. You will be required to enter a password that you have previously arranged with or been given by your bank. Your bank, through an encrypted and secure server, controls this password. When confirmed the order will be processed as usual.

 

Currency conversion

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

 

Prices

All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%.

 

Tax-free

We offer our customers tax-free purchases on orders from outside the EU. The 20% VAT will be deducted automatically when you select shipping country in checkout.

 

Local taxes

Please note that local import duties and taxes may still apply on your international order. We have no control over these charges and we are not able to predict what they might be. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.

 

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we strive to make ensure that prices, descriptions and stock details on goods are accurate, errors may occur. We retain the right to change these at any time.

 

Warranty claims

All products sold on hgbbstudio.com are subject to 2 years warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not wear and tear from regular use.

 

Exchange and return

Discounted items are not available for refunding, but can be exchanged to a giftcard or used in exchange for another item. Discounted items may be changed to a different size. All non-discounted items purchased are available for a full refund in store and online. Non-discounted items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days and must not have any stains or odor.
