Shipping

HGBB STUDIO dispatches orders with GLS. All packages are insured and have a tracking number in order for the package to be traced. When your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and estimated delivery for your package.

 

Shipping rates

Standard delivery within Denmark: FREE SHIPPING

Standard delivery within EU: 150 DKK

Rest of the world: 300 DKK

 

Delivery Time

Within Denmark: 2-3 working days

Outside Denmark: 2-7 working days

 

Returns

You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days of receiving it. Products are to be returned in original condition, undamaged, with price stickers, hangtags etc. still attached. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. When returning the purchased good, please indicate the reason for the return. Use the enclosed return form and label when returning the good. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product, a full refund will be available, as long as the above mentioned is in order.

The responsibility of the product is in the hands of the customer as soon as customer receives it. Therefore, customer assumes full responsibility of the return and condition of the product. In case of returning a damaged or defect product, HGBB can deduct money from the amount to be refunded.

 

Refund

In case of a refund you will refunded the entire amount that you paid (i.e. the price for the product and shipping). The refund will be carried out the way that you originally made the payment.

 

Exchange

In case of an exchange, we will ship the wished item as soon as we receive the original order. If the wished exchange is not possible you will be contacted with the option of changing it into something else or receiving a refund.
